What is tendinopathy and  Tennis elbow ?

Tendinopathy is the musculoskeletal issues associated with tendon. For example - tennis elbow & golf elbow.  Many health professionals use tendinitis terminology which means tendon in an inflammation circumstance and usually can be diagnosed by X-ray or ultrasound.  

What are the contributing factors?

The most common scenario is overload or overuse with a repetitive loading (action). This is often associated with people's job or habits.

Researchers current opinion implicates the cumulative microtrauma associated with high tensile and compressive forces generated during sport or an activity causes a tendinopathy (physioworks.com.au)

Why myotherapy with laser is good for tendinopathy or tennis elbow?

Tendon is the tissue which is between muscle and bone which is less elastic than muscle and not suitable for deep tissue massage.
